Show Notes

"Nurture Yourself: Second Chakra" is an original composition, improvised, and recorded in one take. It is the first of a series of seven upcoming recordings that will balance and heal the energy centers in your body. The Root Chakrah is located near your belly button and is the energetic center that connects you to your nurturing self.

In March 2023, I will be hosting a sound healing retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii, where I will be offering sound healings for all seven chakrahs, chants for the chakrahs and a Full Moon ceremony. Stay tuned for more upcoming details.
